Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer complimentary insured shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS providing secure, reliable, and trackable shipping.
  • Standard delivery time is 3-5 days, excluding holidays and weekends. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  • All shipments are insured for the value of the items. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your items.

International Shipping:
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times for international orders can vary greatly depending on the destination country and customs processing. We use reputable international carriers to ensure your items are delivered securely and efficiently. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

 


Packaging:
Your fine jewelry will be packaged with utmost care in our signature [Describe
Packaging], ensuring both security and presentation. We encourage customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering
before receiving or signing for receipt.


Shipping Restrictions:
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases due to the value of our
products. Certain items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions or regulations depending on the destination country.


Order Processing:
Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business
day. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing before your item is shipped.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.


Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve

 

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

At Faye Kim Designs, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with each purchase.


Return Policy:

  • Items are eligible for return within 5 business days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way, including all original packaging and documentation, such as diamond certificates, if applicable.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable


Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are permitted within 15 business days of the original purchase date. A store credit will be issued for items exchanged for a lesser value, with an expiration date of 18 months from date of issue. Items for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment upon receiving the return of item(s) in acceptable condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for shipping to prevent any damage during transit.
